Hi all,
Syawal is aldready here. Time really flies. Then before you know it, another year passes. To all out there, Happy Eidul Fitri for the year 1428H. May this year bring you more happiness and blessings. To my students who are celebrating their Syawal overseas, be patient and just have fun with your friends there. InsyAllah when the time comes, you'll be back in Malaysia and celebrate with all your families here. My friends and I celebrated Syawal in the UK for six years. Alhamdulillah, with the the support from all, we forgot that we were celebrating Syawal thousands of miles away from Malaysia. The spirit of sisterhood was much stronger since we were far away from all our families. So, be cool guys!
Finaly, apologies from the bottom of my heart to all for all my wrongdoings...

Welcome Ramadhan!

I have seen Akil Hayy's face a few times on television and newspapers but have never actually listened to his songs. As I was watching WHI on TV3 this morning, he appeared as a guest artiste and performed this song live - Ikhlas Dariku. I fell in love with the song straightaway and surfed the net for the link.I guess, it's worth sharing with all especially with the coming of Ramadhan. Welcome Ramadhan Al Mubarak!

Excellent work on your 1st mini assignment projects! I'm really proud of all of you. You had really made full use of the time that i gave you for the project. Some could even come up with a hi-tec presentations. Well done guys! Keep up the good work okay?

Hi all,
Tomorrow is our 50th anniversary of Independence. Thank you to our grandparents or great grandparents who had fought all their might for our freedom from the British. It's just that not many of us today do really know the meaning of Independence. Or maybe our definition of being independent might differ from what our forefathers had? If you noticed one of the advertisements aired on our loval TV network raised the question of how different people view or define the word Independence. Well, it's true that without 31st August 1957 Independence, there'll be no modern day term of the word freedom!

Test, again?

Hey all,
Here comes your Standardised Test, yet, again?.
Yup. This time, you'll be tested on Directed Writing, Comprehension, Summary and Literature. Good luck people! Make sure you prepare early, and try to obtain high marks in the test!

If you have any problem with the paper, the Language Department always welcomes all of you at any time.

EST Project

The fifth formers are preparing for their EST projects. They are free to choose any application that they are familiar with such as Macromedia Flash, Moviemaker, Power Point, etc.
I can't wait to see their projects. I'm sure there will be some interesting ones to to be shared with the rest of the blog community.

yet another post!

Still a lot to be done. But i think it's enough for the day. Have been spending long hours in front of my notebook these past few weeks. Well, a woman's got to do what a woman's got to do sometimes.

Love reading online as it's more environmental friendly. Furthermore, it gives you more freedom to link from one text to another.

Comes morning another long day to go. Will work tilll 5 p.m. tomorrow as have to meet up with the debate team. We had just got the titles. And God, they are really challenging the students, mind you, the teachers as well. But, I'm pretty sure they are going to make it, provided they give their full effort into it!

In the middle of doing my reading. Thought of stopping by and drop a few lines here.

I had the chance to talk to two good friends of mine this evening. They both, funnily enough talked about life- how philosophical it may sound to some.

I gave my fair share of opinions on the topics. Well, mostly on how we move on with life, and people change due to time and situations.

It's a fact that there are a lot of things to consider as we age through time. Studies, work, families and then a full stop. The cycle will just end. Don't know how it will end but definitely there will be and END...sigh...

Then it's all up to us how to decide how should we colour our present and future life..
